Dougal's Fund, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable purposes to provide funds, when financial need has been demonstrated, for medical care of pets, mainly small, short legged terriers such as Scotties, Westies, Cairns, Norwich, Norfolk, etc., in alleviation of the pet’s pain and suffering.

   All funds, whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, are devoted solely to the above purpose.  Dougal's is at all times operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
